We’re continuing our Easter Sunday tradition of including a dedication list in the bulletin to honor, celebrate, and remember loved ones. We’ll also be decorating the Sanctuary with live plants. If you’d like to take part, a $20 donation will help purchase 8” potted tulips, daffodils, and hydrangeas for the celebration.

Loving God, hear the prayers
of your people gathered in this community.
- We pray for John Weisz as he recovers at home following a car accident. May he heal fully and quickly!
- Prayers for our Muslim siblings throughout the world as they celebrate the end of Ramadan with Eid festivities.
- O God, be with communities throughout our country and the world as they grieve in the wake of violence and war.
- We pray for an end to war, an end to violence, an end to the harms of Empire that we see in our scriptures and in our world.
- For all in our UCW community who are ill, or who are caring for loved ones. For all who grieve, God, we ask for the comfort of your presence.
- We pray for peace for your people all throughout the world. Teach us to beat our swords into plowshares, O God, and to sow wisdom and reap peace, justice, and joy.
We pray to you, grateful for your accompaniment with us in all things. Amen.

Our first ever Community Supper last night was a tremendous success! Huge thanks to the Communications team (Susan HS., Amy M., Linda L., and Nancy Z.) for planning, to everyone who contributed to set-up, food, and cleanup, and all who came to share a meal with our neighbors. It was such a joy to see people from every group that calls our building home sharing a meal together.
Especially joyful was seeing the kids from all of the groups playing together, and how comfortable they were in the space!

Sharing the Stories of Our Faith
Scripture Reader Sign-up: HERE

For generations the stories and wisdom of our faith were only shared orally, and reading scripture out loud is still a central part of our worship and community. Please consider sharing your voice in worship this fall.
