Don’t miss this Sunday’s annual All-Newton UCC summer service! Guest preacher Rabbi Allison Berry will share a word from her tradition, a joint choir featuring some of our UCW choir members will sing for us, and pastors from throughout the city will lead us in worship.
There will be no Sunday worship at UCW this week!

We’ll share a final worship service with Pastor Amy, and celebrate our shared ministry with her on this Sunday morning. Per her request, we’ll have Breakfast Church, so bring your appetites!

Some of our congregation members set out in July for a 3 week summer immersion, volunteering, learning and fun adventure in Nicaragua. They are working every morning at the bilingual day school Escuela Adelante and then attending Spanish school every afternoon. Click through for some addition photos!

As our regular church year draws to a close, we look towards the summer, when we are usually one Body scattered to many locations. Whether we are traveling, visiting with family, focused on different schedules with children, or simply living at the slower pace of the summer months, we see less of one another. It can seem like church is “off” for the summer as well.
