Bible Study continues with the Book of Acts, learning about how the Jesus movement came together after the resurrection of Jesus, and through their commitment and compassion became the church that we inherit and live into today. Come join us.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the Bible or that you have lots of questions about what you believe and understand.
That’s the point of us gathering – to learn and grow together. So come with your questions and come with your hunger to grow in faith just like
our ancestors of so long ago. Bible study meets each Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m.

ReNew: the ‘Green’ Camp at UCW happens June 18-22 from 9:00 a.m. – noon. All kids currently finishing K-5th grades are invited. Invite your friends too. Registration forms and flyers are available at www.ucw.org and in the Crocker Chapel.
The whole church is invited to help prepare for Camp UCW. Search your recycle bins, your basements, your attics and even the back of your sock drawer for items on our collection list. Then bring them in to the donation bin located in the Crocker Chapel. Items needed: Old greeting cards, picture calendars, magazines with pretty pictures,
old and incomplete board games egg cartons gardening books and magazines, empty yogurt and margerine containers, (individual and quart-sized)
clean junk (boxes, cans, plastics bottles, empty containers, washers, nuts, bolts, wire, carpet tubes) world maps, light-colored socks.
Special Council meeting on April 28th from 9:00 a.m. -12:00 noon. Committee chairs or members are particularly encouraged to attend, but all are welcomed to come and hear about how each committee envisions adding to our life together over the next 3 to 5 years, and specifically what the committees plan for the year ahead.
We will meet in the reception room.
The special Nicaragua worship service will be held on April 29.
A church-wide clean up is planned for the afternoon of Sunday, April 29th, from noon to 4:00 p.m. Come for an hour, or the whole afternoon!
Book Group has been re-scheduled to Tuesday, May 29 at 7:30 p.m. We are reading “Dying to Be Me.”
Note from HR Committee: The HR Committee will begin the annual review process regarding our church staff and pastor. We will be looking for feedback from Church Council, Church Committees, and congregants regarding various aspects of our church life and in particular, the ways in which our staff support and contribute thereto. It is the Committee’s plan to complete the review process in advance of our annual meeting in the beginning of June.
