The Metropolitan Boston Association of the UCC’s spring meeting is being held at UCW! Please consider attending all or part of the morning. There is no charge for this event that promises to help equip us for the challenges of our times.

10:00 – Noon, The Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter.
Led by Rocky Mountain Conference UCC staff member Rev. Erin Gilmore, we will learn about and practice tools designed to empower, facilitate and build capacity for deeper response by a community to opportunity, challenge and change.
The Art of Hosting is a highly effective way of harnessing the collective wisdom and self-organizing capacity of groups of any size. Based on the assumption that people give their energy and lend their resources to what matters most to them – in work as in life – the Art of Hosting blends a suite of powerful conversational processes to invite people to step in and take charge of the challenges facing them.
Lunch – Followed by a Bonus session. If you would like to go deeper in understanding and practice, please add registration for lunch and the extra session when you sign up for the Spring Meeting.
