This is the final Sunday in Eastertide. For the past many weeks we have been walking along side the disciples as they have experienced the risen Christ and have come to metabolize the forgiveness he has brought.

This Sunday, we listen in as Jesus prays to God. Jesus asks God to be close to the disciples as God has been close to him. For Jesus is now sending the disciples out into the world to do as he has done.

This Sunday we continue with John’s Gospel and Jesus’ words telling his disciples they are to abide in his love and to love one another. He tells them this “so that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made complete”, he says (John 15: 9-17).

Online Service: Sunday March 28

We began our special Palm Sunday service with a very special offering led by our UCW children and youth. The children shared their art, music, dance, moments of illumination, and tell the story of Holy Week, beginning with the waving of Palms through Holy Saturday’s waiting at the tomb. We’re so grateful for their leadership in this special beginning to our Holy Week and walk to Easter!
