Over twenty UCWers and friends will be traveling to Nicaragua during the upcoming February public school vacation week to continue the partnership that we have had with San Juan del Sur for over ten years. This year’s group will be laying piping to bring potable water to one of the outlying communities on the edge of San Juan. The travelers will be commissioned during our Sunday worship on February 9th. While it is they who travel, all of us at church travel with them in prayer and as part of this community that values putting our faith in action for the well being of all.
