A Conversation with our Partners

After some time of reception, we will invite our partners to share with us about the challenges and joys they are experiencing.
For those that would like to continue to chat with each other in the time of reception, we will be opening a breakout room so that you can continue to do so. Hasta pronto!

Donations for Masks, Face Shield, Food and Needed Supplies 

We are blessed to have long-time trusted partners in San Juan del Sur who are helping produce and distribute masks, face shields, rice and beans, and other food and supplies to members of the local community in need. If you would like to make a financial contribution to their efforts, you can donate by: 
  1. Writing a check made out to the Union Church in Waban with “Nicaragua” in the memo.  These can be mailed directly to the church at 14 Collins St., Waban, MA 02468
  2. Going to the www.ucw.org home-page and clicking on the “Weekly Offering” link.  This will bring you to PayPal.  Please use the drop-down menu to choose “Non-Pledge Donation”; and on the following page write “Nicaragua” in the section that says, “Add a Note.”

Sunday School & Youth Groups    

Pre-K & Elementary – This Sunday, 9:15-9:40 a.m.

This Sunday at 9:15-9:40am – Pentecost with Pastor Stacy— The Holy Spirit will arrive over Zoom 🙂  for our Littlehale Sunday School (Elementary and Pre-K) Pastor Stacy will lead the kids this Sunday before worship

High School Youth Group – This Sunday – 5-6pm on Zoom  

Meet every other week for High School Youth Group (alternating with Middle School Youth Group) – Next meeting will be this Sunday, May 31st.  We’ll gather from 5-6pm on Zoom. This Sunday, we’ll meet from 5-6pm on Zoom (we’ll have our movie night next time).  This week, we’ll reveal our YG pairs, share movies picks, check in, and talk about all that is unfolding in our world right now.  It’s been a hard week in our country, and it will be really good to be together.
