This Sunday is the first Sunday in Lent. Throughout Lent we will be sharing moments of illumination. This Sunday we heard from Gerry Elion, Sandra DaDalt and Mark Smith. Jim MacDonald read our scripture and our bell choir rang us into worship with “Many Are the Lightbeams.”

| YOU ARE INVITED: As part of our Lenten journey, you are invited to look for and pay attention to moments of illumination that present themselves to you. Is there something of beauty that has touched you? A piece of artwork you have created (like this piece by Deb McGovern)? If so, please take a picture and send it to Pastor Stacy. We will create a montage of moments to share together on Easter morning. You can download a coloring sheet HERE if you’d like to make something of beauty as well. Perhaps take a picture of it once it is done and send it in for our Easter montage. |
