This Sunday, our Gospel comes from the Book of John 7: 37-39 where Jesus invites anyone who thirsts to come to him and drink so that they will be rivers of living water brimming and spilling out of their depths.

Our second passage comes from the Book of Acts which tells the story of how the disciples came together as church after the ascension of Jesus.
